When we think about something as big as death, all of the little troubles in life begin to worry us less. I can't stop thinking about death. Pretty much every night before i go to sleep, i'm thinking about not waking up the next day.

Thinking about death brings us closer to our values, and helps us think about what the point is; Hi, about 15 yrs ago i went through a stage obsessing about my own mortality. If a person is in a fatal car accident, they may die right away from an injury to vital organs.

Thinking about death, is also common too and wanting to die is a feeling that, although horrible, happens when people are down and low. Well, enjoying life is mostly a notion of mindsets, the result of gratefulness, action, and reflection. The human brain is wired make us believe that death only happens to other people to stop us obsessing about the inevitable.

We feel that it is a waste of time, and that it is not worth all of the stress. Most of us are so busy in our daily lives that we spend very little time thinking about our own mortality. We should relish every bit of it.

I know thinking about death can be hard for many, but honestly, once you make peace with that idea, the way you live your life can improve in so many ways. Even young people who have had time to prepare for death sometimes talk in terms of being ready for it. Then start moving in that direction.

If your thoughts of death coincide with feeling hopeless, wanting to die, thinking about ways to kill yourself, feeling like a burden to others, social isolation, or extreme mood swings, get help now. If you are having obsessive thoughts about death and are thinking of taking your life, reach out for help. Most of us lack adequate time and zeal to escape to some mountaintop and spend the rest of our lives while meditating.

Death is always going to happen no matter what and you cant stop it, however if you think about the positive things within your life, and think about the things that encourage you to see the amazing sections and parts of life and the things that make you smile behind life, this could stop this idea about you thinking about death, maybe even. Death is part of life plus there is no alternative but to enjoy life now. For example, when if the spine and skull are involved, damage to the brain can cause the person to lose consciousness, cut off blood supply to the body, and interrupt.

For death to happen, certain systems in the body need to stop working. The more you overthink the less you will understand. Thinking about our own mortality.

Soon, you will be able to see life better than a child sees it or any animal has ever seen it. I know that it changed mine.
